1Create your Agency Account using a business email and password.
2Complete your Agency Profile — company name, DMW License Number, address, contact person.
3Click Submit Registration. Your registration is submitted to Maritime Admin for review — your status becomes Pending Review.
4The Maritime Admin reviews your registration and upgrades you to Basic Verified or Fully Verified.
5Once verified, you can post vacancies, browse the seafarer directory, and manage applications.
⚠️ Agency verification is completely separate from STEP-UP student activation. You do NOT need to register as a STEP-UP student. Your agency account is its own identity in the Maritime Job Hub.
Status Meanings:
⏳ Pending Review — Your registration is submitted and awaiting Maritime Admin review.
✅ Basic Verified — Your agency has passed basic verification. You can post jobs and receive applications.
🌟 Fully Verified — Full verification complete. Highest trust level; your posts show a verified badge.
❌ Rejected — Registration was not approved. Contact Captain Paul for the reason and next steps.
